We’re excited to share that plans are coming together for a joint Eco Open Houses event in April 2026, in collaboration with Transition Town Shoreham and now also Greening Steyning!

Please save the weekends of 11/12 & 18/19 April 2026 if you’d like to take part in this inspiring, fun and informative event showcasing eco-friendly homes, gardens, businesses and community projects across Worthing, Adur, Shoreham and Steyning.

This will be our first live Eco Open Houses event since the one we sadly had to cancel due to the first lockdown – so we’re really looking forward to bringing it back. The event is dependent on funding, which we are currently applying for, so fingers crossed! We’ll share more details as plans are firmed up over the coming months.

In the meantime, we’re starting to build our volunteer team – would you like to help? We’ll need friendly faces to help steward homes, gardens, talks, tours and workshops. It’s not difficult, it’s a lot of fun, and a great way to learn more about sustainable living while being part of something positive in your community.

We’re also now looking for potential eco homes, gardens, businesses or fringe events to include in the programme. If you’re interested in volunteering or would like us to consider your property or idea, please email us at [email protected]
