Seed Swap Event 2023 Update
A few people have asked us when our Seed Swap event is going to be. Due to reducing capacity, both in terms of time, energy and money, we have decided to just do it as part of the regular Sustainable Market and have a couple of stalls for our seeds and plants to swap or buy.
TTW Repair Café – Now Booking for January!
Book now for our next Repair Café session on Saturday 28th January 2023– 10am-4pm at the Quaker Meeting House, 34 Mill Road, Worthing, BN11 5DR.
Winter Solstice Celebration – 21st Dec
Amanda Waring has agreed to lead a Solstice celebration at Coast Cafe on Weds. 21st December and we will be there from 5.30-8pm if any of you would like to join us during that time.
Locally Grown and Dried Flowers
We are delighted to let you know that Breathing Spaces got ahead of the ‘trendy' curve this year and dried lots of our locally and sustainably-grown flowers.
Sustainable Christmas Market – Sun 4th Dec
The next Sustainable Market will be on Sunday 4th December from 9.30am-1.30pm at Freedom Works car park – opposite the Assembly Hall, Stoke Abbott Road, Worthing, BN11 1HJ.
We now have a couple of electrical/electronic repair slots available on Saturday (25th March) - one at 10am and one at 1.45pm, and also 2 sewing/darning/crochet/knitting/soft toy slots in the afternoon (1.45 and 2.45pm). Another very busy day at the Repair Cafe yesterday and almost fully booked for March! Huge thanks to all our wonderful volunteers, without whom none of this would happen.
