Transition Greenspaces – February Update

We hope, once we are out of lockdown, that we can start having small, socially distanced groups there again. In the meantime if anyone fancies raising some veg plants from seed at home, we'd be glad of them once it warms up a bit.

Horsham Climate Café – Sat 6th March

On Sat 6th March at 2-3.30pm, the Horsham Climate Café will host a talk about the Worthing & Adur Councils Climate Assembly. Council Officers, Amy Newnham & Chloe Clarke will be sharing their personal experiences as some of the key organisers of the Climate Assembly, the selection process, timescales, which speakers most impacted them and why, what the councils learnt and the final recommendations.

What a strange summer we are having - tadpoles in the pond in July and the Rowan full of berries, drought and very slow growth in June and everything's gone mad in the past 2 weeks since it got wetter - some things putting on a couple of feet in less than a week!! All part of the new "normal" I guess....

Big thanks to Tracey, Kay, Jay, Emma, Michael and Sally for coming to help Alan and I knock it all back into shape.

Feels like a warm October day today!
